Together we created a thriving organic market garden that yields daily harvests, supplying the bar and kitchen with the freshest ingredients. 
The agroforestry plot features a diverse array of fruit trees, shrubs, and herbs, creating a sustainable and biodiverse environment. Additionally, the plant nursery offers seedlings for the market garden and a tree nursery for our agroforestry efforts, ensuring continuous growth and sustainability.
In line with our commitment to sustainability, we provided comprehensive kitchen training to effectively sort waste and facilitate the creation of a slow composting system on-site.
